Informed Choices is making a series of changes designed to help reach more women with unplanned pregnancies. Specifically, Informed Choices needs funds for a system called HopeSync, which will enable them to make appointments and get nurse support for the 40% of women who call for assistance after hours or on weekends.
You can give toward HopeSync through TCC’s website . Select Informed Choices from the drop-down menu during the month of September.
Another Way To Give...
Another way to support the work of Informed Choices is by providing for the needs of new mothers. You can visit the organization’s Amazon Wish List to purchase tax-free items that will be shipped to them directly:
If you prefer to purchase items yourself and bring them to the lobby during the remaining Sundays in September, here is what Informed Choices needs the most:
- baby bathtubs
- baby shampoo, bath wash, lotion
- diaper rash cream
- sippy cups
- bibs (girls & gender neutral)
- blankets (boy or gender neutral - about 30")
- tag blankets (small tactile handheld blankets - about 12" sq)
- mall (infant safe) stuffed animals
- infant manicure sets
- My First Bible
- devotionals for new moms
- baby wipes (diapers are currently not needed but wipes definitely are)
