Covenantal

This week we begin a series on the doctrine of Scripture.  What is Scripture?  What role does it play in our lives?  Why does God give us Scripture?  This week we take a look at what makes the Hebrew and Christian Scriptures unique, which is that they are covenantal books.  These are books that explain God's covenant with us and welcome us in.  These books are not merely descriptive; they are participatory.
