Served a Share in Christ

Jesus serves the disciples at the Last Supper to explicate the meaning of his death: Jesus died to serve us.  This is far from a diversion from Christ's glory; it is precisely where his glory is to be found.  Peter struggles to understand that in order to share in Christ's greatness, he has to be served by Christ's humiliation, and then serve as Christ did.
