The Divine Economy

Much of human history has been for different civilizations and empires, a mad dash to and fighting over first place and the right to say, “History is about me!” Even today, from social media influencers to any number of activists hope to make and permanently change history in their favor. The desire for self-glorification and magnification is a constant running thread throughout history; it usually stops with one empire and then picks up with another. However, the Bible points out something very, very different. The Bible tells us about who is the one and only center of history, from the beginning of time onward through eternity: the Triune God.
