Passage: Matthew 18:8-
We continue in our series on Matthew as Jesus advances the Kingdom in Galilee. In Sunday’s passage he is intercepted by two would-be disciples eager to follow him…or maybe not so eager. Jesus sees beyond their eagerness to the reservations that still linger in their hearts. In showing us this conversation, Matthew is showing us that we must let nothing keep us from discipleship to Jesus. Join us Sunday as we dive into some of the most uncompromising words of Christ, and find there the calling for which we were made.
