Wisdom For Parenting

This Sunday we will dedicate 3 children to the Lord. The purpose of this time is more about the parents than these precious children. At Trinity, Child Dedications are a public commitment parents make to dedicate their lives to raising their children in a way that magnifies the gospel of Jesus Christ. It’s a pledge to model grace and truth for their children and provide a loving environment that points them toward Jesus. It’s also a time for the church family to acknowledge our responsibility for the children in our church. After the dedication, we will look to the book of Proverbs for the wisdom all parents need to understand and fulfill their God given purpose in shaping the hearts and minds of their children.
