Disorderly Conduct

February 11, 2024 | Mike Stancak

Passage: 2 Thessalonians 3:6-17

Paul concludes his letters to the Thessalonians by addressing a problem that has persisted with them from the get-go: idleness.  By this Paul is referring to a group causing disorder by their hesitance to take part in work, in the Church or out.  Paul's instructions are stern; the Church cannot afford to adapt to the pace of the idle, but must keep in step with the Spirit, as they live in the peace of Christ.
