Passage: 2 Thessalonians 2:12-3:5

Last week, we read Paul's message of warning that those who fail to love the truth will not be welcomed into the kingdom.  He wrote of a great deceiver in a line of great deceivers who will fool many by the end.  Where does a Christian take comfort?  We take comfort in God's power to save.  Paul now turns to assuring us that the God who called and chose us will save us to share in Christ's glory.
