Maker and Preserver

August 10, 2025 | Mike Stancak

Passage: Psalms 104:1-35

God is the source of all that exists, even those things we cannot see, and all that exists finds its purpose in him.  His act of Creation is not just the act of a clockmaker putting gears into motion that move on their own from that point forward.  God actively sustains and preserves Creation in existence, despite all the ways it turns against him.  The work of Christ is to turn Creation back to its proper nature as the theatre of God's glory.
