We Believe

Passage: Romans 10:8-14

Jude appealed to his readers to "Contend for the faith once delivered to the saints." What is "the faith" we're contending for? The early church confessed, "Jesus is Lord," and "Christ is risen from the dead". The Nicene Creed is the early church's supreme statement regarding what these confessions mean. This Sunday we will look at why this statement arose and what we mean when we confess, "We believe."
